Short city tour in Budapest

Pick-up at your hotel, and we drive to visit the attractions of Buda and Pest.

The route is adjusted to the location of your hotel, but we certainly visit Castle Hill, the old town of Buda (UNESCO World Heritage). We take a walk to the Royal Palace, with an optional visit to Matthias Church and the Fisherman’s Bastion.

Then we drive to the downtown area of Pest, pass the Dohány Street Synagogue (the second largest in the world) and drive to the City Park (a recreation area), where we stop at Heroes’ Square to see the Millennium Monument, which gives a nice overview of our “turbulent” history.

Then we see Vajdahunyad Castle and the famous Széchenyi Bath, drive along Andrássy Avenue past the State Opera House and St. Stephen’s Basilica, and drive to the Parliament to see it from outside.

The tour ends at your hotel or downtown.
